The Arts and Cultural Resources Department (ACRD) promotes and supports Lafayette's varied arts, cultural, and historic resources in order to develop a strong sense of community, further economic development, and preserve our heritage.

Our work is directed by ACRD's Values, Purpose, and Mission, the ACRD Strategic Plan (PDF), the City’s Comprehensive Plan, the City's Downtown Vision Plan, and collaborations with Lafayette's many arts and cultural organizations.
