Photos Wanted – What Makes Lafayette Great?
Help us capture the essence of Lafayette for use on the City website!
Let’s put those photos sitting in your phone to good use! We’re looking to update our website with images that represent what you think makes Lafayette great.
Photographers whose photos are selected will receive $25 in Lafayette Chamber Bucks as well as a photo credit on the website. You are allowed to submit multiple photos.
Some ideas of what we’re looking for;
* shopping, dining, community events, outdoor activities, cultural programs, public art
* all seasons; spring, summer, fall, winter
* areas that are recognizable as Lafayette
The deadline to submit photos is March 31, 2019. Youth are encouraged to participate.
Submission specifications:
Minimum pixel size: 2200w x 555h
High resolution Horizontal/wide orientation
File format: jpg, png, tif

Submission guidelines:
To submit a photo, please access the submission form. There you will provide your contact information and agree to allow the City to use your photo.
If the photographer is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian is required to complete the form and provide the appropriate permissions.
If people are present in your photo, you will need to give us permission for those people intentionally featured in your photo.
The photo submittal form will prompt you to upload your photo. Only one photo at a time is allowed to be submitted, but multiple entries/forms are allowed and encouraged.

Thank you to all the Lafayette residents who submitted creative and genuine photographs for this project in 2016. These photos are such a great tribute to "What Makes Lafayette Great"! The images below were selected and are being utilized on the City's website and for other promotional activities.
