About Me:

I am a human body nerd! In my free time you’ll find me exploring human anatomy and physiology, modalities and programming, and new research on fitness and nutrition. Or you’ll find me in the kitchen - before my life as a fitness trainer, I worked as a nutrition and chef instructor. Every part of my fitness programing is deliberate, and I like to explain the science around it. Helping people move better and feel better is my absolute passion – I love watching my clients explore their movements and reach their goals. Come work-out and nerd-out with me!
