Homelessness Solutions for Boulder County, a team from the City of Boulder, the City of Longmont, and Boulder County, has developed a plan and initiative to house individuals amid COVID-19 concerns in the new COVID-19 Recovery Center (CRC).
Childcare for essential workers
Including but not limited to hospital and healthcare workers including ALL hospital support staff, police, EMT, firefighters and correctional officers, long-term care, mental health workers, etc. ) is being made available. Care will be provided on a sliding scale for the first two weeks and the state hopes to continue to offer it based on ability to fund via donations and federal dollars.

Donate meals from local restaurants to health workers on the frontlines. Health workers get a nourishing meal, and local restaurants get badly needed business to keep running and keep staff employed.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, WIC families will face challenges finding WIC items at the store. Colorado WIC has temporarily expanded the eligible foods WIC participants can buy.
