The property is identified as Lot 4, West Ridge Filing No. 1. Access to the site would come from an internal access drive between this site and the Kohl’s parking lot. Planning Commission reviewed the project at their July 25, 2020 meeting and recommended approval with conditions. City Council approved this project on August 18, 2020.
