The Shack at Waneka Lake

"The Shack" is an interpretive, educational center located at Waneka Lake and Greenlee Wildlife Preserve. Visit The Shack to discover more about Colorado flora and fauna, the future of sustainability, and the unique connections between humans and earth. This education station is made possible by staff and dozens of volunteers who contribute their time to connect with the community over their shared love of nature.waneka lake shack exterior
