Public Art Committee
Overview
The Public Art Committee (PAC), a subcommittee of the Cultural Arts Commission (LCAC), is a volunteer, community based advisory group appointed by City Council to review proposals and make recommendations regarding the selection and display of public artwork. The PAC works closely with the Arts and Cultural Resources Department to plan and implement public art programing for the Community.
Meetings
- 7pm on 2nd Wednesday of each month
- The Collective Community Arts Center, 201 N. Public Road, Lafayette, Colorado 80026

Goals
- To have a positive impact on the quality of life in our community by fostering cooperation, advocacy, marketing, education, and stewardship of public art that will create public understanding of the social and economic value of art in the community
- To integrate various forms of public art into all areas of Lafayette to enhance the image of the city and reflect the cultural and ethnic diversity of the community.
