The City of Lafayette invites residents to participate in an important survey about a Ballot Measure that may be included in the November 2023 election.

This survey should take about 10 minutes and will measure opinions about a potential ballot measure that would change the requirements for individuals to serve on a City advisory board, commission, or committee. 

The bilingual, online survey will be open for two weeks, from July 13 to July 27, 2023. 

There are several ways for Lafayette residents to participate in the survey:  

  • Select the “Take the Survey” button below to access the survey. This link will be available July 13 through July 27, 2023. 
     
  • Some residents will receive a text message on the afternoon of July 13 and throughout the survey data collection period, inviting them to participate in the survey. The text message will have the City of Lafayette logo displayed at the top and a link in the body of the text to use to access the survey.

Please make your voice heard by sharing your thoughts and opinions regarding this important ballot measure. Your answers are completely anonymous and confidential. 

Additional survey participation options:

  • Pick up a paper copy of the survey at City Hall or the Lafayette Public Library
  • Use the Library or Senior Center computer lab to take the survey
