You may register as a sex offender living in the city limits of Lafayette on Tuesdays, between 8 am & noon with no appointment needed. New sex offender registrants may register on Tuesday mornings or by appointment outside of Tuesdays. Registrants are required to complete the Colorado Sex Offender Registration Form and Notice to Register as a Sex Offender Form. Registration forms are available on the Colorado Bureau of Investigation website in both English and Spanish.
