THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER. Saturday, April 18th @ 2:30 PM - Please join this community celebration of Arbor Day and the re-opening of S. Public Rd. Trailhead. The trailhead was severely damaged in the 2013 flood but has now been fully restored and improved. With more parking available and a new restroom facility the trailhead is better than ever. There will be live music, fruit snacks and water on-site free of charge. Come celebrate Arbor Day and Lafayette Open Space with other community members and City staff. **Parking is available on Old Laramie Trail, the street adjacent to the trailhead. The parking lot at the trailhead will be closed to accommodate the celebration.
