Calendar

Families are invited to paint/decorate rocks to adorn the “Outdoor Rocks” collection at The Shack, Lafayette Open Space’s mini education station.  These rocks will celebrate nature, plants, and animals as well as people’s part in nature and other things we learn and feel outdoors!  

Rocks, paint, and supplies will be provided, however families are encouraged to bring their own rocks.  There will be three socially distanced outdoor tables at which individuals or families can work together.  People are encourgaed to drop in at various times between 1-3pm in light of COVID-19 restrictions on outdoor gathering.

The Shack is located at the entrance to Greenelee Wildlife Preserve in the northwest section of Waneka Lake Trail.  For more informtion, please contact Martin Ogle.
