[ARCHIVED] Celebrity Chef Menu Series at the Indian Peaks Bar and Grill

Celebrity chef dinners

Every Friday in January and February the Indian Peaks Bar and Grill will plate up delectable meals based on the culinary specialties of celebrity chefs. $5 of every meal will go to the Sister Carmen Community Center to help feed those in need. RSVP to 303-666-9597 by Noon the day before each dinner to reserve a seat. Space is limited. COME HUNGRY, LEAVE FEEDING LAFAYETTE!

1/10/14: James Beard – Pork Chops in Balsamic Red Wine Reduction, Smashed Potatoes, Apple Mixed Green Salad with Apple Vinaigrette

1/17/14: Giada De Laurentiis - Stuffed Shells with Arrabbiata Sauce, Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and Herb Italian Bread

1/24/14: Christopher Kimball - Grilled London Broil with Horseradish Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables in Herb Butter

1/31/14: Giada De Laurentiis – Tilapia and Lemon Vinaigrette Served over a Radicchio and White Bean Salad

2/07/14: Emeril Lagasse-Asian Braised Beef Short Ribs on Jasmine Rice
