On January 23, 2014, Nathanial Tallman (pictured below) was reported to the Lafayette Police Department as a missing person. He was last seen leaving his residence and has not been seen since.
On February 13, 2014 at approximately 11am. a citizen, who had seen the missing person bulletin, located the vehicle associated with Mr. Tallman, and notified police. The vehicle was found in the area of Foothills Highway and South Boulder Road in Boulder, CO. The Lafayette Police Department, along with Colorado Bureau of Investigation, processed and impounded the vehicle for evidence.
The Lafayette Police Department is asking for public assistance if you may have seen this black 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart, 4 door, with dark tinted windows, in the area to contact the Lafayette Police Department tip line or Northern Colorado Crime Stoppers.
On March 13, 2014 a body was discovered just north of Lusk, Wyoming. The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigations processed the crime scene and the Lafayette Police Department was notified about the discovery. We are currently waiting for a positive identification before any further information is released. When the information is received we will update this media release.
