We are currently signing up volunteers for the June 15 Art Night Out. The band will be Smooth Money Gesture. The beer garden will be expanded. We will be serving Oskar Blues Beer. With the great success that we had last time, I am expecting June's Art Night Out to be fabulous.
Some volunteers, if you have completed training, will help check id's, take money and serve beer.
We need other volunteers to walk around and help maintain the area around the Beer Garden perimeter. No training is needed for these jobs. This may include asking people to finish or dispose of their beer before leaving the designated area. Volunteers may also help at the Discover Lafayette Table, or be posted at one of the Beer Garden entrances to greet people. We do need to maintain a good number of volunteers to help with the event, be visible, and create a fun and safe environment.
Art Night Out & Beer Garden Shifts:
Set up crew 2:00 - 4:00pm
Shift #1 4:30 - 6:00 pm
Shift #2 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Shift #3 7:30 - 9:00 pm
Clean-up crew 9:00 - 10pm
