[ARCHIVED] Happy Trails! Lafayette's Coal Creek Trail is now 100% OPEN!

We're pleased to announce that the Coal Creek Trail in Lafayette is OPEN for full use. Severe damage to the trail corridor caused by the 2013 flood is now repaired and the trail is restored to its former glory. From the western edge of town at Empire Rd. all the way down to the confluence with Rock Creek, the trail is fully available without detours, restrictions or other closures. Many hours of design, renovation and effort have gone into restoring the trail. It is now your turn to enjoy this magnificent passage through Lafayette!
