The Bob L. Burger Recreation Center was selected to receive a 2015 Lafayette Elementary Cougar Pride Award for outstanding community efforts. This award was established to bring recognition to individuals and organizations exhibiting outstanding commitment to Lafayette Elementary and the surrounding Lafayette community.
The award was presented to Director Curt Cheesman by the Lafayette Elementary Student Council at a special ceremony on May 13, 2015.
