[ARCHIVED] July Art Night Out - Salsa in Old Town Lafayette

Colorado’s premier Salsa band, Quemando, will heat up the night at Festival Plaza in Downtown Lafayette’s July 20th Art Night Out. The Art Night Out series also will feature artists booths, an art walk, a children’s art activity booth, additional children’s activities (including a balloon twister, magician and face painters), the Oskar Blues Bonewagon and Biker Jim’s Gourmet Hotdog food trucks and an Oskar Blues beer garden. Art Night Out is a five-part series that takes place from 4 to 9 p.m. on the third Friday of the month throughout the spring and summer in Downtown Lafayette.
Various businesses and restaurants have art displays, demonstrations, and specials each Art Night Out. Look for more information at Festival Plaza, where people can pick up a map of all the events scheduled along Public Road for the evening.

Art Night Out Schedule:
(most events occur at Festival Plaza, the intersection of Public and Chester Road, 309 S. Public Road)
• Activities for kids run 4 to 7:30 p.m.
• Artist booths and vendors on Festival Plaza 4 to 9pm
• Bands will play at Festival Plaza from 7:30 to 9 p.m.

ART NIGHT OUT is a collaborative event sponsored by the City of Lafayette, Lafayette Cultural Arts Commission, Lafayette Old Town Association, Downtown Action Committee and Old Town Lafayette businesses.
