[ARCHIVED] HIIT Classes start Friday January 20th


High Intensity Interval Training may sound intimidating, but this 30 minute class can be scaled to any fitness level. Short bursts of intense efforts are alternated with moderate to low, active recovery. Want to quickly burn calories, reduce body fat, improve endurance and your overall fitness level? Classes will be held Fridays from 12:15-12:45PM starting on January 20th.
