[ARCHIVED] Start Your Weekend Off Right With a HIIT Class, Friday from 12:15-12:45pm


High Intensity Interval Training may sound intimidating, but this 30 minute class can be scaled to any fitness level. Short bursts of intense efforts are alternated with moderate to low, active recovery. Want to quickly burn calories, reduce body fat, improve endurance and your overall fitness level? Classes will be held Fridays from 12:15-12:45PM and cost only a daily admission fee, punchcard punch, or pass swipe.
