[ARCHIVED] (POSTPONED) Controlled burn along the Golf Course Ditch on March 8

3/8/17 Update: This controlled burn has been postponed due to unfavorable conditions. The Lafayette Fire Dept. will continue assessing weather conditions to determine if and when the burn can be rescheduled. The Lafayette Fire Department will be conducting a controlled burn of the South Boulder Canon Ditch that runs through Indian Peaks Golf Course on March 8, weather permitting. The Fire Department will be monitoring weather conditions leading up to March 8. If conditions are not right, the burn may be rescheduled or cancelled.  Homeowners are encouraged to take any necessary precautions against potential smoke.  Please contact Ben Mazal at 303-661-1306 for questions or concerns.
