The next Art Night Out is on July 14. Wendy Woo and her Band will be the music for the night – and they are terrific! If you would like to volunteer on July 14, please email Rachel Hansen. You can request your preference for shift and location. Receive a free drink ticket for volunteering!
Volunteers are needed at 1 of 6 entry tents to help maintain the area around the Beer Garden perimeter. This is a great job - you get to visit with lots of folks. No training is needed for these jobs. Some volunteers, if you have completed TIPS training, will help check id’s, sell tickets, or take money at the Beer Garden.
Beer Garden/Art Night Out Shifts
Set up crew A 2:00 - 3:30pm – 4 of 8 scheduled (need 4)
Set up crew B 3:30 – 5:00pm – 4 of 10 scheduled (need 6)
Shift #1 5:00 – 6:30 pm – 21 of 21 scheduled (need 0)
Shift #2 6:30 – 8:00 pm – 18 of 24 scheduled (need 6)
Shift #3 8:00 - 9:30 pm – 12 of 24 scheduled (need 12)
Clean-up crew 9:15 – 10:45 pm – 6 of 14 scheduled (need 8)
