[ARCHIVED] Come Try Our Fitness Class Of The Month


In August, try our All Levels Yoga class on Tuesdays at 12:05 pm or Fridays at 11:00 am. Participants will be guided through a sequence of familiar postures with the option to increase body awareness, range of motion, flexibility and strength. New asanas may be introduced for those desiring advanced postures.

The first 10 NEW participants who attend this class in August will receive a FREE Admission Day Pass to the recreation center!
