The annual maintenance week is for the repair and restoration of recreation center areas that are impossible to get to during normal operating hours. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause; however, your Bob L. Burger Recreation Center will be receiving some tremendous improvements.
During the closure, walk-in registration will be available August 7-12th (Monday-Friday) from 8 am – 5 pm. Registration will not be available in person during the weekends of August 5th & 6th or 12&13th. Online registration is available 24/7.
To minimize the inconvenience, we have partnered with both the Louisville Recreation Center, and the Erie Community Center. These facilities will honor your Lafayette annual or monthly pass (this offer does not extend to punch card customers) during our closure. Present your BBRC pass to the front desk staff. You may want to remember to bring your own lock. Please remember that policies and procedures may be different from what you are accustomed to at the Bob L. Burger Recreation Center. Please contact the Center of your choice with specific questions about their facility or policies.
