For September, we highlight one of our group fitness instructors, Michelle Finerty, certified 200 hour CYI, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, and Kids Yoga Instructor. She currently teaches Prenatal Yoga and Baby and Me Yoga at the BBRC but also has taught Rigorous (Power) Yoga and Kids Yoga.
