Tai Chi is exercise that is great for newbies, older people and people who don't like to sweat too much.  Tai Chi develops body awareness that can help seniors keep their balance.  

Location:  Lafayette Senior Center, 103 S. Iowa Ave

Day:  Thursday

Time:  11:00 am-12:00 pm

Dates:  January 4-25 and February 1-22

Registration deadline:  December 28, January 25
