[ARCHIVED] City street maintenance to begin June 15

Street Maintenance Public Works Construction Road

Starting the week of June 15, 2020, the Lafayette Public Works Department will be starting the annual street maintenance project. Work is anticipated to continue for approximately two months, but may be adjusted due to weather or crew availability.


For areas where street parking may be impacted, the project contractor will place "No Parking" signs in advance of the work. Please do not park in these areas while the signs are in place. Once the work is complete in a particular area, the signs will be removed.

Map Legend definitions:

Surface Restoration: Sealing of the surface of the street (future work, not currently scheduled).

Rehabilitation: Removal and replacement of street surface.

Reconstruction: Removal and replacement of street surface and sub surface.

Crack Seal: Sealing of surface cracks.
