Health and Nutrition Film Series on Saturday, November 14

Michael Pollan's prescription of "Eat Food, Not Too Much, Mostly Plants" may become your mantra after attending the Flatirons Food Film Festival virtual health and nutrition series on Sat., Nov. 14. During What You Eat Matters, you can watch Sugar Coated at 2:30pm and In Defense of Food at 6:30pm. Both programs will include small group conversations, panel discussions, and Q&As. Local restaurants like Morning Glory will offer healthy dinners that viewers can eat while watching In Defense of Food. Free Tickets to What You Eat Matters: A Virtual Series on Health and Nutrition
Courtesy of the Lafayette Arts Commission, the Flatirons Food Film Festival is offering 40 free tickets to its virtual What You Eat Matters film series on Sat. Nov. 14. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis. fill out the registration form to gain your access code.
 This event is made possible by a Lafayette Arts Commission grant.
Additional tickets for the film series What You Eat Matters 
are available for purchase. Single tickets: $10. Double feature: $16.
