Help make Lafayette the best it can be - we want to hear your opinion about City services, the City as a place to live, and priorities for the future! 

Take the City of Lafayette's Resident Survey at lafayetteco.gov/ResidentSurvey through May 21.

If you prefer to take the survey by phone, you may call 877-554-6904 during these dates. 

It is very important to the City to receive your input. The survey should take between 25-30 minutes to complete. The survey is hosted by ComEngage LLC, meaning all of your responses are private. Responses will be used to evaluate services and prioritize future activities for the City. Survey results will be presented to City Council and available online to the public in June.

Conteste la encuesta para los habitantes de la ciudad de Lafayette en lafayetteco.gov/ResidentSurvey, desde el 3 hasta el 21 de mayo.

Si prefiere contestar la encuesta telefónicamente, llame al 877-554-6904 durante esas fechas. 

Para la ciudad es muy importante recibir sus aportes. Responder la encuesta le llevará unos 25 a 30 minutos. La encuesta está organizada por ComEngage LLC, lo que significa que todas sus respuestas son confidenciales. Las respuestas se usarán para evaluar los servicios y priorizar las actividades futuras para la ciudad. Los resultados de la encuesta se presentarán al Concejo Municipal y estarán disponibles en Internet para el público en junio.
