Artist Statement

Forever in My Heart 2 evolved from a series of smaller sculptures I gave to people who were experiencing the pain of losing their pets. This sculpture reflects both the joy and pain of having a pet and serves as a reminder that, even though they are gone physically, they are still in your heart. 

I envision Forever in My Heart 2 located in a quiet place where people can reflect on the good times they had together. Their pets may be there too, either physically or spiritually.
