Volunteers Needed!
The Art Night Out event needs over 100 volunteers per month. Volunteer shifts are 1.5 hours. Everyone who volunteers 1.5 hours will receive a coupon for a free beverage. This always-free public event is held on the second Friday of the month, May through September 2022, from 5-9 pm. The first of the festival series starts at 5pm Friday, May 13, with Chicano Heat. The dates for the upcoming season are May 13, June 10, July 8, Aug. 12, and Sept. 9.
You can volunteer to help with setup and takedown, selling alcohol tickets and checking IDs, gatekeeper, support recycling and trash efforts, and other opportunities. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities for individuals and groups to be part of something that supports the entire community. TIPS Training on April 3 at 9:30am
If you would like to check IDs, sell beer and wine tickets, pour wine at Art Night Out, you will need to attend TIPS training at the Lafayette Police Department on Sunday, April 3, 9:30am to noon. Please email Arts and Cultural Resources Program Manager, Rachel Hanson if you plan to attend.
