Sidewalk Repairs in white on bottom, photo showing construction workers pouring concrete

Work will begin on April 18 and last approximately 60 days. Residents may notice orange, red, or yellow locate markings in neighborhoods indicating the location of underground utilities which is required by law to mark before work begins. Keene Concrete will be placing door hangers on April 13, notifying those homes whose neighborhoods will be impacted. No Park signs will also be placed on April 13, 72-hours prior to the start of the work, in order to allow contractors access to perform the necessary sidewalk maintenance.

Please refer to the 2022 Concrete Improvements Project map to view the areas in the City where concrete work will occur. Timing is subject to change due to weather and other impacts.

This work is an essential element of the City's concrete maintenance program designed to preserve a significant investment in our infrastructure. Questions may be directed to Derek Alvarado, City of Lafayette Construction Inspector, at 303-661-1278 or by email.
