Tai Chi is a series of easy and gentle exercise movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by deep breathing.
Tai Chi develops body awareness to increase balance, promote activity, and improve health and mobility, encouraging independence and fuller lives. Tai Chi is safe for all ages and fitness levels.
