What is Aerial Yoga?
Aerial Yoga involves using a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling as a prop to create space in the body, decompress the spine and add depth to yoga postures. Build strength and flexibility, and relieve stress as you swing playfully, hang effortlessly, invert daringly, and rest completely.
Designed for beginner aerial students, each class will progress your abilities, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and successful.
