Beauprez Barn history
In 1917, Arthur Beauprez purchased the first 80 acres of the 320-acre Beauprez Farm. The barn that is preserved today was constructed in 1926 and the adjacent family home was built in 1928. In 1990 the farm was annexed to the City for the development of the Indian Peaks Golf Course. The City manages the barn property as an asset in its Open Space portfolio.
