Women's Weight Training

WOMENS WEIGHT TRAINING

Specifically designed for women of all ages, Women's Weight Training includes whole-body strength training to boost metabolism and improve balance and bone density. This class is great for women looking to add strength training to their lives but are unsure where to start. Training will progress throughout the month, and you'll get stronger before your very eyes. 

Oct. 5-31 | Mondays and Wednesdays | Noon-1pm
