Fall Youth Dance ClassesLet's move, dance, and have fun! Our youth fall dance classes are now open and available for kids from three to 10 years of age.
Instructors from Kinesis Dance, a dance education company providing recreational and pre-professional dance opportunities, teach our Youth Dance classes. Kinesis believes in creating a positive, safe, and fun learning environment!

Fall Skateboarding ProgramsLearn how to be safe while having fun on your skateboard! We welcome skaters of all skill levels and will work on everything from learning how to stand and roll on your skateboard to challenging yourself by learning tricks. Build up to advanced park riding as we explore all the different features of the amazing Lafayette Skatepark.
Equipment or supplies needed: Please bring a skateboard, helmet (other pads recommended), water bottle, sunscreen, and snacks.

Lafayette Birds! We invite beginning birders (families and adults) to experience the fun of birdwatching at this ongoing and fun opportunity on the first Sunday of each month. View ducks, herons, other water birds, and a variety of songbirds at the Greenlee Wildlife Preserve in Lake Waneka Park.
Meet at The Shack, located on the north side of Waneka Lake Park. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

High Interval Intensity TrainingHIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique that combines all-out quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
HIIT improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and cholesterol. It reduces abdominal fat and lowers body weight while maintaining muscle mass.
This class is not recommended for beginner-level exercisers.

Feeling out of Place in the Weight Room?Do you want to start using the weight room equipment but aren't sure how? Sign up for an orientation to proper weight room etiquette, how to use the Cybex Machines, free weights, and cardiovascular equipment.
For the price of admission, a certified personal trainer will provide a weight training orientation to anyone 12 years or older, including SilverSneakers and RenewActive members.
