Large Slide Closed, Lazy River Current Off for Maintenance Sept. 27 - Oct. 21Our Lazy River and Large Slide are getting their pumps refreshed to provide a better experience for you. The pumps will be removed, restored, and replaced over 3-4 weeks. During this time, the Lazy River will be open and available for swimming, but there will be no current pushing the water. The Large Slide will be closed.
All other pools will be open and available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Fall Skateboarding ProgramsLearn how to be safe while having fun on your skateboard! We welcome skaters of all skill levels and will work on everything from learning how to stand and roll on your skateboard to challenging yourself by learning tricks. Build up to advanced park riding as we explore all the different features of the amazing Lafayette Skatepark.

High Intensity Interval TrainingHIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique that combines all-out quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods.
HIIT improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and cholesterol. It reduces abdominal fat and lowers body weight while maintaining muscle mass.
This class is not recommended for beginner-level exercisers.

8 Weeks to Oatmeal 5KWe are calling all beginner/casual runners ready to commit to 8-weeks of training for the Oatmeal 5K on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023, in Lafayette.
You will train twice weekly on Tuesdays at 5pm, and Sundays at 10am. Tuesdays will focus on strength and flexibility for runners in the BBRC fitness atrium. Sundays will include run/walk intervals, hill training, and tempo runs with the goal of building endurance to complete 3.1 miles.
*Race registration is not included and must be purchased separately by each participant.
