Large Slide Closed, Lazy River Current Off for Maintenance Our Lazy River and Large Slide are getting their pumps refreshed. Both are currently being restored and replaced. During this time, the Lazy River is open and available for swimming, but there is no current pushing the water. The Large Slide is closed.
All other pools are open and available.

Youth Aquatics ProgramsOur aquatic classes teach children to float, put their faces in the water independently, breathe underwater, move forward, improve strokes, and develop a high comfort level in the water.

High-Intensity Interval TrainingHIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique that combines all-out quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.
HIIT improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and cholesterol. It reduces abdominal fat and lowers body weight while maintaining muscle mass. This class is not recommended for beginner-level exercisers.
