During this time, the Lazy River is open and available for swimming, but no current pushes the water. The Large Slide is closed.
All other pools are open and available.

Youth Aquatics ProgramsOur aquatic classes teach children to float, put their faces in the water independently, move forward, improve strokes, and develop a high comfort level in the water.

Stroke Clinic After completing group swim lessons, take advantage of Stroke Clinic to further develop the four competitive strokes while increasing strength and fitness in the water. Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, starts, and turns will be covered.

High-Intensity Interval TrainingHIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique that combines all-out quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.
HIIT improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and cholesterol. It reduces abdominal fat and lowers body weight while maintaining muscle mass. This class is not recommended for beginner-level exercisers.
