Flashlight Candy Cane HuntThe 2022 Flashlight Candy Cane Hunt is bigger and better than ever! Grab your flashlight and search for candy canes while looking for hidden elves. Warm up inside the recreation center afterward with hot chocolate and cookies, where Santa will be available for pictures.

High-Intensity Interval TrainingHIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique that combines all-out quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods.
HIIT improves aerobic and anaerobic fitness, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, insulin sensitivity, and cholesterol. It reduces abdominal fat and lowers body weight while maintaining muscle mass. This class is not recommended for beginner-level exercisers.

Lafayette Birds! We invite beginning birders (families and adults) to experience the fun of birdwatching at this ongoing birdwatching opportunity on the first Sunday of each month. Knowledgeable birdwatchers will be on hand to bring the world of birds alive. View ducks, herons, other water birds, and a variety of songbirds at the Greenlee Wildlife Preserve in Lake Waneka Park.
