How do I dispose of my yard waste and branches?

For disposal of yard waste and branches, residents have the following options:

  • The City offers a free annual Spring Cleanup event in April/May for disposal of branches and leaves.  More information can be found on the City’s Spring Cleanup webpage.
  • The City offers a free Fall Leaf Drop-Off where customers can bring their leaves and pumpkins to the City’s Service Center.
  • Residents may also be able to dispose of leaves, branches and yard waste through their trash hauler year-round.  Please contact your trash hauler for details on the services available.
  • Residents may also take their yard waste to Western Disposal in Boulder.  Please visit Western Disposal for acceptable items, fees, location and hours. (*Fees may apply.)
