What if I don't receive my e-bill?

The City of Lafayette is not responsible for undeliverable e-bills. Customers are required to submit on-time payments regardless if an e-bill is received or not. Past due fees will not be waived if an e-bill is not received. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure payment is made in the absence of a bill. You will receive notices from utilitybill@lafayetteco.gov. Be sure to add this to your address book and/or change your spam filters to allow this email to get through.
