Art Night Out Community Booth Application

  1. Art Night Out Community Booths

    Booth space for local Lafayette community and city organizations will be available on a limited basis. Applications are reviewed first come, first served.  

    Each booth space is 10 foot x 10 foot. Organizations must provide their own tent with weights, tables, chairs and displays. In most cases, to qualify, organizations must be an organization related to arts or culture, or provide an art activity for patrons of Art Night Out.

  5. I agree to load in and time requirements.*

    I agree to load in by 4pm. 
    I agree to be set up and open to the public by 5pm.
    I agree that my organization will staff the booth until the end of the event.
    I agree we will not break down our booth until after 9pm, unless otherwise approved with the event manager.
    Members of my group will be responsible for breakdown and storage of all booth materials and equipment and will strive to do so in a timely fashion at the end of the event. 

    Failure to adhere to these requirements may impact future participation.

  6. Confirmation

    Applications will be reviewed and confirmed 14 days prior to the Art Night Out in question. Questions may be addressed to rachel.hanson@lafayetteco.gov.
