2. Festival Plaza is a gathering place in Old Town Lafayette on Public Road and Chester Streets. The Plaza is composed of a series of four smaller interconnected plazas each designed with features to accomodate various events. Festival Plaza may only be reserved for events open to the public. To reserve Festival Plaza, complete and submit the form below. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

    Please provide a brief description of the event/activity/meeting, if there will be amplified music, alcoholic beverages, sales of merchandise and/or commercial signage. Requests to turn off the water feature must be made in writing and must be approved by the Director of Arts & Cultural Resources. However, it is the city's intent not to turn off the water feature for events on a regular basis.

I hereby fully release and discharge the City of Lafayette, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death, damage or loss, which may arise or which may be alleged to have risen out of, or in conjunction with, the above meeting(s) or event(s) at Festival Plaza. b. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the City of Lafayette, its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and loss, which may arise or which may be alleged to have arisen out of, or in conjunction with, the above event(s) at Festival Plaza.
