    The Lafayette Arts & Cultural Resources Department is hosting an open call exhibit featuring photography capturing Identity, Place, and Belonging of Home.  The exhibit will hang at The Collective Community Arts Center from January 17 – March 17, 2024. This group exhibition will feature artwork made by front range artists, and selected by a jury. Artists will submit 3 works, as a grouping, for consideration. A jury will make final selections of the grouping. Jury will select artists’ works as grouping of three photographs. 

    Entry photography prints must be 18” at the top of the photograph. The content of each artwork is open but follows the theme of one photograph to represent Identity (who), one photo to represent Place (where), and one photo to represent Belonging (what).   Artists’ implementation, skill, and over-all artistic merit will be considered when selecting the pieces to be exhibited./

    El Departamento de Recursos Artísticos y Culturales de Lafayette está organizando una exhibición de convocatoria abierta que presenta fotografías que capturan la identidad, el lugar y la pertenencia al hogar. La exposición se exhibirá en The Collective Community Art Center del 17 de enero al 17 de marzo de 2024. Esta exposición colectiva presentará obras de arte realizadas por artistas del front range, seleccionados por un  jurado. Los artistas presentarán 3 obras, como agrupación, para su consideración. Un jurado hará la selección final de la agrupación. El jurado seleccionará las obras de los artistas en un conjunto de tres fotografías.

    Las impresiones de las fotografías de entrada deben tener 18” en la parte superior de la fotografía. El contenido de cada obra de arte es abierto, pero sigue el tema de una fotografía para representar la Identidad (quién), una foto para representar el Lugar (dónde) y una foto para representar la Pertenencia (qué). Se considerará la implementación, habilidad y mérito artístico general de los artistas al seleccionar las piezas a exhibir.
