    2. How to Apply

      This is a multi-part application.

      -We strongly recommend that you create or log in to an existing City of Lafayette account before you begin your application. This will allow you to work on your application over time, review it, and make changes before submission. If you do not set up an account, you will need to complete the application in one session.

      -Please fill out all form boxes. If something does not apply, please put N/A in the box.

      -At the end of this application you will be prompted to upload supporting documents.

    3. The Public Art Committee awarded the following Public Art Grants in 2020:

      $1,000 to Alley Art Amazin' - Youth artists worked with muralist mentors to produce murals in alleyway near Santiagos.
      $1,000 to My Second Home School - Funds for an exterior mural on site.
      $2,800 to "Through Our Eyes" - A collaborative and historical black and white photo mural project celebrating Latinos in Lafayette. This project is delayed to early 2021.
      $1,500 to the Lafayette Electronic Art Festival - Funds for projection mapping on an outdoor location during the festival. This project is postponed to 2021.
