1. May I reserve Festival Plaza for a private event (birthday party, wedding, etc.)?

No. Festival Plaza may be reserved only for events open to the public. A permit is required to hold an event at the Festival Plaza. Reservations are handled through the Arts & Cultural Resources Department at The Collective Community Art Center, 201 N. Public Rd. Office hours are Tuesday-Friday, 10am-5pm. 2. How do I reserve the Starkey Building?

Fill out the Starkey Building Reservation Request Form. Allow 2 weeks for processing.

3. How do I reserve Festival Plaza for a public event?

Fill out the Festival Plaza Reservation Request Form.  Allow two weeks for processing.

4. Are the Festival Plaza Fountains on during special events?

No.  Usually the fountains are turned off for special events.
