William Lowe, coal miner

A formal portrait of William Lowe, a coal miner who lived in Lafayette from 1927 to the 1940's. Lowe shot and killed Emit Bradley at the Friendly Grocery store on October 27, 1933. He was acquitted on a self-defense plea.
